No Refunds / All Sales Final

Due to the nature of intellectual property, bespoke software architecture, proprietary frameworks, custom engineering, and the immediate reservation of executive and technical bandwidth, all sales for Strategy Sessions, Profitability Audits, Growth Blueprints, the Marketing AI Agent Suite, and Retainer engagements are final and non-refundable.

Unlike physical goods, consulting advice, custom AI systems, and digital audits cannot be "returned" once accessed, engineered, or delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to our proprietary methodology, custom software engineering resources, or reserved consultant bandwidth, and you explicitly waive any right to a refund based on "satisfaction" or business outcomes.

Rescheduling, Sprint Commitments & Retainer Cancellations

  • Strategy Sessions: We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' written notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered "No Shows" and the booking fee is forfeited.

  • Fractional CGO Retainers: Monthly subscriptions for Fractional services are fixed-term commitments (6 months). Early termination does not absolve you of the remaining balance due for the contract term.

  • Marketing AI Agent Suite (90-Day Sprint): All milestone and upfront payments for the 90-day implementation sprint ($30,000 base fee for 3 agents plus any $10,000 add-on agent fees) are strictly non-refundable. Once Month 1 discovery has commenced, early project cancellation, delay, or abandonment by the Client does not relieve the Client of paying the full remaining balance of the contract.

  • Post-Launch Managed AI Retainers: Monthly recurring fees for ongoing AI agent maintenance ($3,000/month base plus $1,000/month per additional agent) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and are strictly non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your Post-Launch Managed AI Retainer at any time by providing 30 days' advance written notice prior to your next recurring billing date.

Service Issues & Technical Problems

Please inspect your digital deliverables (PDFs, custom code repositories, video links, documentation) upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@growthhackermarketingagency.com if a file is corrupted, a link is broken, an API endpoint disconnects during the implementation phase, or if technical issues prevented a session from occurring, so that our engineering and consulting team can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of digital items and professional services cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Digital Downloads: Any PDF, spreadsheet, workflow graphic, or video file accessed via download link.

  • Completed Services: Any strategy session, call, or audit where the meeting has already occurred or the report has been delivered.

  • Custom Software & AI Agent Engineering: Any custom API connector code, prompt architecture, webhooks, or tailored AI agent systems engineered or deployed for your business.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If our services are being purchased from a business entity within the European Union, you typically have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, by purchasing digital content, custom software engineering, or consulting services which begin performance immediately (such as our Strategy Sessions, Instant Downloads, or 90-Day AI Implementation Sprints), you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has begun or digital content access has started.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In the rare event that a refund is approved by management (e.g., due to a Consultant emergency or verified billing double-charge error), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
