Refund policy

No Refunds / All Sales Final Due to the nature of intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, and the immediate reservation of professional time, all sales for Strategy Sessions, Profitability Audits, Growth Blueprints, and Retainer engagements are final and non-refundable.

Unlike physical goods, consulting advice and digital audits cannot be "returned" once accessed or delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have immediate access to our proprietary methodology and waive any right to a refund based on "satisfaction" or business outcomes.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Strategy Sessions: We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' written notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered "No Shows" and the booking fee is forfeited.

  • Retainers: Monthly subscriptions for Fractional services are fixed-term commitments (6 months). Early termination does not absolve you of the remaining balance due for the contract term.

Service Issues & Technical Problems Please inspect your digital deliverables (PDFs, video links) upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@growthhackermarketingagency.com if a file is corrupted, a link is broken, or if technical issues prevented a session from occurring, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Digital Downloads: Any PDF, spreadsheet, or video file accessed via download link.

  • Completed Services: Any strategy session or audit where the meeting has already occurred or the report has been delivered.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If our services are being purchased from a business entity within the European Union, you typically have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, by purchasing digital content or services which begin immediately (such as our Strategy Sessions or Instant Downloads), you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun or the download has started.

Refund Processing (If Applicable) In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., due to a Consultant emergency or double-charge error), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@growthhackermarketingagency.com.
